PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Representatives from the CT Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP) will be providing updates on DEEP activities. Speakers and topics will include:

Graham Stevens will provide updates on DEEP's Visioning process (as part of the Comprehensive Evaluation and Transformation of Connecticut’s Cleanup Laws).
Denise Ruzicka will present a brief presentation on "Proposed Repeal of Stream Channel Encroachment Line Program (SCEL)".
Jan Czeczotka will address the Targeted Brownfield Remedy (TBR) initiative.
Rob Robinson will address the Audit program - update on statistics and summary of issues being identified.
